Payment and Deposit Abuse
Gamting Play may review, restrict, suspend, or close accounts that repeatedly create unpaid, expired, rejected, or abusive deposit requests, or otherwise misuse payment systems.
Betting Rules, Erroneous Odds & Void Bets
a) Correct prices. All bets are accepted on the basis that the odds and prices offered are correct. Prices are generated automatically and, on rare occasions, may be published in error.
b) Palpable / erroneous errors. Where a bet is placed or settled at odds that are materially incorrect due to a human, technical, data-feed or pricing error (a "Palpable Error"), including prices that are inverted, transposed, clearly out of line with the true market, or that produce a set of prices across a market whose implied probabilities do not form a coherent book, we reserve the right to declare the affected bet(s) void. In such cases the original stake is returned and any winnings credited in respect of the error are reversed, even where the bet has already been settled and/or the funds withdrawn.
c) Market integrity & exploitation. We reserve the right to void any bet, and to restrict, suspend or close any account, where we reasonably believe a customer has sought to exploit a Palpable Error or pricing inconsistency, including by placing offsetting bets on multiple or all outcomes of the same market (arbitrage against an erroneous price) so as to guarantee a profit irrespective of the result.
d) Limits & suspension. We may at our sole discretion set maximum stake or liability limits per selection, market or event, suspend or remove any market, and reject or partially accept any bet, at any time and without prior notice.
e) Settlement & reversal. Settlement is based on our official results and rules. We reserve the right to correct any settlement made in error, including reversing winnings and adjusting account balances accordingly. Where such a correction results in a negative balance, that amount must be satisfied before further withdrawals are permitted.
f) Multiple accounts & collusion. The use of multiple accounts, collusion between customers, or the use of automated systems, bots or third-party assistance to place bets is prohibited and may result in void bets and account closure.
Pre-Match Betting Limits
Before an event begins (pre-match), a maximum of one bet per market is permitted per customer. Any further bet on the same market before the event goes in-play will not be accepted; you may place additional bets on that market once the event is live. This limit does not apply to in-play (live) betting.
We reserve the right to set, vary, suspend or remove stake, liability, per-selection and per-market limits at any time and without prior notice, and to accept, partially accept, or reject any bet at our discretion. These limits operate alongside our Betting Rules, Erroneous Odds & Void Bets terms above.
Identity Verification and Account Ownership
You must be the sole and rightful owner of your account and must register using your own real, legal name. Each person may hold only one account. For withdrawals, you are required to complete identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID in the exact name registered on your account, together with any requested back image and selfie. Submitting a document that belongs to another person, or whose name does not match your registered account name, is strictly prohibited. If the identity information or documents you provide are found to be false, altered, mismatched, or belonging to another person, we may fail your verification, withhold or void any winnings, and suspend or permanently close your account.
